My daughter received the lol surprise glitter glob and when she was opening the packages she didn’t receive the clothing for the On Pointe WD-010, INSTEAD she received two water bottles. Im hoping that you can get ahold of me and we can get the clothing for this doll.

My daughter just for Winter Disco glitter globe. The globe does not stay closed and the dolls head keeps falling off. We have had it for less than 1 hour. Is there some sort of warranty? I am not driving this thing back to the store.
